• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 table spoons dry cocoa powder
• 2 tsps baking flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tblsp oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 3/4 cups hot water

Mix first five ingredients, add milk,oil, and vanilla. mix to smooth. pour into 8x8 pan. combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over batter. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.

Sounds like a big mess but the brownie rises to the top and liquid forms a pudding underneath. Serve with the ice cream. Unbeatable!!!
